At Talon School of Fitness, we scientifically assess and measure every person’s “machine” that walks through our door to best determine what areas are running properly, and which systems may need some tuning up.
After your free movement screen and fitness assessment, your private coach will develop a personalized plan to help you attain your optimal fitness level and meet your goals. The Foundations period is a series of personal training sessions tailored to your needs, and varies from person to person. We work with everyone to find an affordable, scientifically proven method to ensure that every graduate enters our fitness classes seamlessly and ready to tackle every Workout Of the Day (WOD).
