How long have you been CrossFitting?  One year this Thanksgiving.

What do you like most about CrossFit?  I find the group aspect of our CrossFit the best part of the experience.  Within the group, I find myself pushing myself to much higher levels than when working out alone.
Describe your first experience with CrossFit and CrossFit Talon?  When most people are sitting down unable to move on Thanksgiving day, it is usually because of the meal they just ate.  On Thanksgiving 2011, I couldn’t move because I had been to CrossFit Talon for the first time, two days before.  My legs and body were so sore, I knew if I hurt this bad, Crossfit had to be something good.

What fitness and health goals have you accomplished during your time at CrossFit Talon? Besides the extreme weight loss, CrossFit Talon has also enlightened me and directed me on a path to understanding better eating habits and diets that are so important to a healthy lifestyle.

What keeps you coming back to CrossFit?  I keep coming back to CrossFit for not only the better levels of workouts I get when in a group, but for the learning experience I receive.  When having coaches and classmates with you when exercising, it truly helps you improve your technique and proper habits.
