Are you ready for the Talon Challenge?

Lurong Living’s Challenge t-shirt said it best: “Without challenge, there is no change”. Therefore, at the request of many of our members who obtained amazing results with the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge, we are holding our own in-house Talon Challenge.

What is the Talon Challenge?

The challenge will be held over a 7 week period, beginning Monday, February 25th at 12am, and ending Sunday, April 14th at 11:59pm. Our challenge will be held in conjunction with the 2013 CrossFit Open, and we will be eating clean, doing our workouts and doing the Open Workouts TOGETHER.   We will be focusing on MEMBERSHIP, DIET, and PERFORMANCE!

The cost to enter the challenge is $15 CASH which will be used as prizes for winners.

You track your own progress during each week and then enter in your results on the forms below the following week.  This is how your scores will be tallied, so be SURE to complete your entries!
