Our Foundations program is a series of personal training sessions that are designed to help you graduate into fitness classes as quickly and seamlessly as possible. After a fitness assessment and movement screen, you will be given an estimate of how many sessions will be needed to graduate you safely into our community. All of our coaches are highly certified college graduates, and we offer competitive personal training rates for this series of sessions.

Fitness packages are hybrids of personal training and classes, giving you the flexibility to tailor your training to your goals. We offer discounts for paying in advance, as well as payment programs to ensure you are getting optimal results for your hard earned money.
