Personal Training

Several of the Talon coaches are now available for private training sessions.  By taking an individual into a one-on-one setting, we can truly tailor the sessions to fit the specific fitness needs of the individual.  These sessions can be used as a way to gradually prepare for Foundations, regular CrossFit classes, or you can choose to remain a personal training client.
