Julie Black is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and received her RYT with YOGASTEPS in 2011. She specializes in a Yin/Hatha fusion. Julie has been teaching over 3 years and has logged almost 1,000 hours leading yoga. In addition to our Sunday Yoga class, she also teaches at Nashville State Comunity College and Maryland Farms YMCA. Julie took her first yoga class in 1999 when she had just moved here from California and says the rest is history. She has two boys ages 16 and 12 and aspires to live a true yogi life.
Yoga is offered at CrossFit Talon every Sunday at 3:00pm. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and lots of water.
