While a lot of us focus on New Year’s resolutions at the beginning of a new year, why are we only setting goals and striving for personal improvement then, why not year round?
We certainly could benefit from it, and I’m not just talking diet- work, finances, education, family, health, all can have goals long term and short term.

We are designed to be challenged, it helps keep us sharp, what do we learn in our comfort zones? Nothing, and it quickly becomes boring and mundane, but if we take our everyday and try to improve it, not drastically but incrementally, not only will it improve our outlook on life, but also how we see the world around us.
When things don’t go our way, if we have a mind and body used to being challenged we quickly adapt and find a new bearing.
